Terms & Conditions of TT funds: 电汇款项条款与细则

Minimum Transfer 最低汇款金额

Minimum 10K transfer. 最低汇款金额为10,000美元。

Banking Fees 银行手续费

All banking fees paid by the player. 所有银行手续费均由玩家承担。

Availability of Funds 到账与放款时限

Funds will be made available after funds are released by our bank – please allow 5-7 working days to receive funds. 款项须待金界往来银行确认放款后方可使用，请预留5至7个工作日等待款项到账。

Tournament Entry Scope 资金使用范围

Funds can only be used for tournament entries
(no cash game buy-ins permitted). 款项仅可用于支付锦标赛报名费，
不得用于现金桌游戏买入。

Any unused funds can either: 任何未使用的款项可选择以下处理方式：

  • ❖ Be left on deposit at NagaWorld treasury for future tournament events or 存放于金界财务部，供日后参加锦标赛使用；或
  • ❖ Be returned to the originating bank 退回原汇款银行账户。

The remaining balance of the buy-in payments (if any) after the end of the Event (the “Remaining Sum”) will be transferred back to the same bank account of the Relevant Participant (the “Transaction”) from which it was received. The Player is requested to provide these details to NagaWorld. However, due to various banking requirements and regulations that may apply at the Relevant Participant’s recipient bank as well as to NagaWorld’s bank in Cambodia, there is no warranty or guarantee of any kind that the Remaining Sum will be successfully transferred to the Relevant Participant’s account. NagaWorld will not be responsible and will accept no responsibility for (i) any unsuccessful fund transfer that may occur or (ii) any issue or requirement that may arise out of or related to the Transaction.
活动结束后，如锦标赛买入款项仍有余额（以下简称“剩余款项”），该款项将汇回相关参赛者最初汇出款项的同一银行账户（以下简称“该交易”）。玩家须向金界提供相关银行账户资料。然而，由于相关参赛者的收款银行及金界在柬埔寨的往来银行可能受到不同银行规定与监管要求的约束，金界不以任何形式保证或承诺剩余款项能够成功汇入相关参赛者的账户。对于（i）任何未能成功完成的款项汇转，或（ii）因该交易引起或与该交易相关的任何问题或要求，金界概不负责，亦不承担任何责任。
