Job purpose

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, carries out assigned tasks related to the recruitment and placement of staff. Acts as a resource person and resolves problems as needed related to recruitment.

The Talent Attraction Special will assist in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match.

Duties and responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations at all times.

General Job Functions

  • Plans and implements a recruitment marketing strategy to attract high-quality applicants in line with hiring needs and organisational strategy and goals;
  • Works closely with our Talent Acquisition team to develop specific channel strategies;
  • Writes and creates content across types, candidate personas and candidate journeys (blogs, email campaigns, job descriptions, infographics, etc.);
  • Designs marketing campaigns with a creative outlook to make them stand out;
  • Develops an effective recruitment content strategy and content roadmap to attract and nurture candidates with personalised messaging and communications;
  • Develops effective marketing campaigns for role-specific recruitment drives, day-to-day recruitment;
  • Owns and measures the attraction tactics via career site, social media, and other day-to-day career site management to keep content up to date;
  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement through recruitment specific marketing;
  • Builds strong relationship with external stakeholders such as NGO, University, etc.;
  • Assists the hiring managers to draft JDs for new roles;
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in the recruitment role;
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent;
  • Good understanding of social media management and content writing;
  • Have basic design skill;
  • Proficiency in English and other language is a plus;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Working conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
