Rules and Regulations
- Membership is free and by invitation only for person of at least 18 years of age.
- Membership is strictly subject to these Rules and Regulations and to specific rules of play and terms and conditions pertaining to games, award or benefit programs from time to time which may earn points and redeemable benefits or awards under this Membership.
- To be eligible for Membership, the following must be provided with the membership application and shall be kept for records:
- a copy of valid government issued photo identification; and
- (optional) contact information which may be in form of phone no, email or mailing address
- Members who choose not to provide contact information will not be entitled to enjoy certain benefits or awards.
- Membership and all points, awards and benefits are personal to approved and duly registered Members and are not transferrable.
- Points may be earned from designated points earning activities (eg slot machines, table games) and participation in games, award and benefit programs from time to time offered by NagaWorld®.
- Points accumulated which have not been used or redeemed shall be forfeited upon termination of membership and in any event, upon expiry of one (1) year from the date when the last point is earned.
- Members will be entitled to different rights and privileges pertaining to Details of the Club Tiers and their qualification criteria and conditions will be amended from time to time.
- Members will be issued with a new card on change of Club Tier.
- Memberships must use a valid membership card or identify his/her membership prior to participation in designated points earning activities in order to earn points.
- Points can only be earned and awards ad benefits can only be redeemed at NagaWorld®.
- Points, awards or benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, other than for specific games, award or benefit programs expressly provided otherwise.
- Members are responsible to learn, understand and properly apply specific rules of play and terms and conditions pertaining to games, award or benefit programs offered under the Membership.
- NagaWorld® do not accept any liability for and will not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss or damage for and in connection with any error, mistake, discrepancies or negligence in relation to registration of points under or for or in connection with any other aspects of the Membership.
- NagaWorld® reserves the right to change without notice any of these Rules and Regulations; and the rules of play and terms and conditions pertaining to games, award or benefit programs from time to time offered under this Membership; and qualification criteria and conditions for each Club Tiers and their corresponding rights and privileges.
- NagaWorld® reserves all rights and absolute discretion on qualification and termination of Membership or Club Tiers; on qualification and means for earning points; and on qualification for or participation in or withdrawal of Members from any games, award or benefit program; and on entitlement to rights, privileges, awards or benefits under any of the Club Tiers or the Membership.
- All complaints or claims must be in writing with full details and particulars received by NagaWorld® within 5 days of the subject of complaints or claim.
- Decisions of NagaWorld® on all disputes shall be final.
