Executive – Business Development
Job purpose
Responsible for finding and retaining guests to achieve specific goals and KPIs. He/she will also be required to identify and recruit potential new members for development to high-end players.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work;
- Ensures all employees adhere to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations at all times.
General Job Functions
- Responsible for achieving specific goals and KPIs;
- Responsible for identify and recruit potential new members for development to high-end players;
- Responsible for retention of current guests;
- Must be available and have a willingness to work on flexible and long hours including nights, weekends and holidays;
- Ability to handle 24/7 phone call from guests and company;
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time;
- Ability to remain calm and cheerful in stressful situations;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times;
- Must maintain good personal grooming habits and carry self in a professional business manner;
- Excellent communication skills. Able to interact with guests and team members in knowledgeable and professional manner;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ensures all hosted guests stay well informed of all special event and promotion;
- Ability to learn quickly, self-leader with initiative, high flexible and comfortable in a constantly changing environment;
- Based on business needs or Guest Service objectives, he/ she may be asked to perform other duties or tasks in addition to those listed above.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years-experience in sales, customer service, casino host, and marketing role;
- Proficient bi-lingual skills to English, Mandarin and preferably with other languages such as Thai, Vietnamese, Korea Japanese etc;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point preferred.
Working Environment
- Employee could be exposed to a crowded environment containing unrestricted second hand tobacco smoke.
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
