M&E TECHNICIAN
Job purpose
The M&E technician is involved in monitoring, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, replacing and repairing all mechanical and electrical equipment/systems to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Records meter reading for electricity consumption
- Carries out routine inspection of all sewage pumps, motors, control panels, distribution, and main switchboard
- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment, including generator alternators
- Follows strict safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) when carrying out the repair works
- Assists IT in replacing the external VT light & LED screen panel and power supply
- Responds to guest room, operation section, and public area maintenance requests
- Assists the AC team in replacing and repairing electrical cables, contactors, breaker, and including troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree, Diploma or Certificate in mechanical and/or electrical technology or equivalent education required
- Minimum 1 year working experiences related to the job
- English Language proficiency
Working Conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Any person(s) nominated by management.
