Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Mandatory to have a valid unexpired driver’s license (based on the type of vehicle driven)
  • Vital knowledge of Cambodian traffic rules and regulations
  • Knowledgeable of famous and known restaurants frequented by guest/s
  • Knowledgeable of tourist destinations and spot/s
  • Prepares maps, directions and other related materials inside vehicle prior going to assigned vehicle and schedule
  • Monitors and maintains / refills amenities inside vehicle for guest use (wet tissue, umbrella, drinking water and towel)
  • Politely interact with customer service to receive and provide up to date information on VIP transport reservation changes
  • Essential to have good health, physical, emotional and mentally fit
  • Provides the best comfort to arriving VVIP guest/s while inside the vehicle
  • Adheres to Limo daily operation process (assigned vehicle, schedule, areas, transport arrangement)
  • Accurately write and record daily kilometer

Qualifications

  • Secondary degree or equivalent education required
  • At least 5 year working experiences related to the job
  • Superior customer service, team building and conflict resolution skills
  • English Language proficiency

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
