CASINO CONTENT AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ASSISTANT MANAGER
Job purpose
The Casino Content and Digital Products Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering a seamless guest journey across casino brand touchpoints by integrating creative content with digital product execution. The role oversees the end-to-end deployment of marketing assets across the Mobile App and iView Pro platforms to drive Mass Market engagement, digital adoption, and land-based gaming revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Leads the development of high-quality, cost-effective creative and digital content that enhances customer experience and strengthens brand perception
- Partners with the Casino Marketing Director & Vice President to deliver innovative, ROI-driven campaigns across multiple channels
- Oversees end-to-end delivery of marketing assets, ensuring all outputs meet timelines, budgets, and brand standards
- Guides the team in developing and presenting creative concepts and marketing solutions to management
- Drives consistent brand execution by translating business and market insights into effective creative strategies
- Manages timely content, design, and functional updates for the Marketing Mobile App and iView Pro platforms (including WCM and BOSS modules)
- Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and digital channels to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Marketing, Management, or equivalent education required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in multimedia design, digital marketing, or creative content development
- Extensive working experience within a creative agency environment is highly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in creative, productivity, and analytics tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email automation software, basic web programming, and CRM implementation and application
- Proven ability to work effectively within established corporate brand guidelines while delivering high-quality creative outputs
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, copywriters, strategic planners, account servicing, and production teams
- Confident and articulate in presenting creative concepts, proposals, and deliverables to Business Units and key stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and positive team player, capable of working with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
- English Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plus
Working Conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
