Directs and organizes all Slot operational activities in accordance with NagaWorld policies and within the framework of the Company’s vision, mission, and values. The role instills confidence, competence, and excitement in the minds of guests, positioning NagaWorld as a leading entertainment and shopping destination.

The incumbent ensures compliance with all Slot Machine Policies and Procedures, drives staff and guest engagement, delivers world-class service, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, supports revenue growth, executes strategic initiatives, and establishes both short- and long-term vision and goals for Slot Machine Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Leads budget preparation, forecasting, business planning, and staffing strategies to align Slot Operations with business demand, financial targets, and operational efficiency
  • Drives financial performance by controlling operational expenditure, managing annual budgets, and ensuring effective cost management within Slot Machine operations
  • Develops, monitors, and adjusts strategic and operational business plans to support sustainable revenue growth and evolving business needs
  • Ensures optimal staffing levels and workforce planning, balancing operational requirements with available financial resources
  • Builds a high-performing team through recruitment, performance management, structured training programs, measurable staff assessments, and career development initiatives
  • Directs and oversees Slot Operations activities, including planning, assigning responsibilities, evaluating work methods, resolving operational issues, and enforcing attendance, departmental, and company policies
  • Ensures full compliance with gaming regulations, internal policies, and technical standards, including oversight of slot maintenance, repairs, preventive programs, jackpot verification, validation checks, and payout authorizations
  • Collaborates closely with Marketing to develop and implement slot promotions, advertising initiatives, and value-added customer service programs that exceed guest expectations
  • Analyzes operational and performance data to recommend improvements to gaming floor layout, machine mix, and progressive settings, while establishing clear limits of authority to maintain strong governance and internal controls

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 10 years of slot machine management experience in a casino environment, with strong knowledge of slot systems, gaming equipment configuration, and game setups
  • Hands-on experience with Bally Technologies Slot Management Systems (e.g. Bally SDS) or equivalent enterprise slot systems
  • Mechanical aptitude with recent hands-on experience in slot machine repair and installation
  • Proven senior-level leadership and people management experience in large-scale slot operations, with the ability to drive high service standards and a culture of quality and teamwork
  • Strong analytical proficiency and business acumen, with the ability to apply industry, market, competitive, and financial data to improve casino and slot performance
  • Solid understanding of Slot Operations and Casino Management, including systems, progressive jackpots, inventory control, slot marketing techniques, and staff development programs
  • Positive, energetic, and service-oriented attitude, with strong collaboration skills and professional conduct
  • Good manual dexterity with the ability to stoop, reach, and bend, and to work in environments with second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lighting, and dust
  • Excellent vision, including peripheral vision, with strong observational awareness and the ability to respond to visual and auditory cues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
  • English Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plus

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
