Job purpose

Responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational governance, and commercial oversight of the Company’s Table Games operations. The role ensures optimal gaming performance, regulatory compliance, risk control, and service excellence across all Table Games areas, while aligning operational execution with the Company’s overall business objectives, revenue targets, and brand standards.

This position serves as a key leadership role within Casino Operations, overseeing large-scale teams, managing high-value gaming environments, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Provides strategic leadership and full oversight of Table Games operations across all casino halls, ensuring governance, alignment, and performance excellence in a 24/7 gaming environment
  • Drives Table Games revenue growth through floor optimization, productivity enhancement, yield management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Reviews and analyzes gaming and operational KPIs (including win rate, drop, hold, labor cost, and efficiency) to identify trends, risks, and profitability opportunities
  • Ensures delivery of a world-class guest experience by embedding service quality, facility standards, and memorable customer engagement into Table Games operations
  • Develops, reviews, and enforces Table Games policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements
  • Ensures full regulatory compliance and operational integrity of all Table Games activities, maintaining the highest standards of game fairness, control, and player rating accuracy
  • Leads and develops a large, multi-level Table Games workforce, promoting a high-performance, disciplined, and compliance-driven culture
  • Oversees talent management activities including workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning in collaboration with HR and Training teams
  • Works closely with Finance to manage budgets, cost controls, and departmental profitability targets
  • Collaborates with Surveillance, Internal Audit, and other control functions to safeguard gaming assets, mitigate risk, and support sustainable business performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Gaming Management or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in casino gaming operations, with demonstrated exposure at senior managerial or director level within a large casino or integrated resort environment
  • Demonstrates in-depth and end-to-end knowledge of casino operations, with strong expertise in Table Games operations, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to establish, implement, and uphold high service standards while cultivating a workforce that embraces a culture of quality, discipline, and customer excellence
  • Exhibits strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate and inspire teams by leading through example with professionalism, confidence, energy, and integrity
  • Demonstrates sound operational judgment, problem-solving capability, and the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, 24/7 gaming environment
  • Possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, regulators, and control functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
  • English Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plus

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
