Job purpose

Responsible for overseeing the “meet and greet” service for guests at the airport. Ensures that service standards are implemented consistently by all subordinates and aligned with relevant divisions to deliver and execute service excellence to both internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Welcomes and greets guests with a smile at arrivals and departures; ensures timely presence at airport terminals and verifies flight status, communicating any changes to supervisors and relevant teams
  • Coordinates efficiently with VIP Limo and Transport teams to ensure smooth guest pick-up and drop-off, monitors transport timing, and arranges alternative transport promptly if needed without inconveniencing guests
  • Assists VIP guests throughout airport processes, including customs clearance, luggage handling, check-in, boarding passes, and health and safety protocols such as Ministry of Health testing and hygiene standards
  • Verifies passenger manifests against CRM schedules, confirms actual guest numbers, screens guests against banned lists, and manages any discrepancies with coordination with related departments
  • Manages, trains, and supervises subordinate staff to ensure adherence to company, airport, and department policies, proper Leads and coaches staff to maintain service excellence, positive guest engagement, and appropriate disciplinary action for policy violations, while monitoring performance and reporting progress to management
  • Ensures effective communication with all relevant departments for seamless arrival and departure experiences, handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly within capacity
  • Implements and maintains service standards aligned with organizational goals, supporting the delivery of outstanding service to internal and external customers
  • Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education required
  • Sound knowledge of immigration, customs, airline, and airport processes
  • Efficient in oral and written communication
  • Detail-oriented, with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, human-relations, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Patient and willing to work overtime when required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • English language proficiency

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
