Job purpose

The Casino Analytics Manager will work closely with casino marketing and operation teams, and other departments as needed, to collect requirements and map-out short- and long-term reporting solutions for Casino floor optimization and marketing efforts. Leveraging knowledge of Business Intelligence technologies, this person will lead a team that builds reports that provide actionable data to end users. This person will ensure consistent use of Nagaworld metrics, advocate best practices for reporting, and promote available reporting technologies. These tasks will be achieved by leading collaborative efforts with marketing, operational and IT teams.

The Casino Analytics Manager is responsible for providing high-level reports to Senior Managements and Operational Teams to measure progress against targets and identify that may represent growth opportunities or other areas of focus. The role requires the preparation of standardized weekly and monthly reports covering key aspects of the casino business, as well as ad hoc reports and analyses as needed. Monitoring departmental costs, revenues, ROI, and reinvestments, and clearly communicating the status, are core responsibilities of this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

Business Reporting & Analysis

  • Collects, stores, and presents key business statistics related to casino marketing, revenue, and performance against targets
  • Compiles and monitors departmental costs, points-to-dollar ratio, accrued points liability, and program ROI
  • Conducts periodic reviews of program benefits to ensure each program achieves ROI

Business Process & Collaboration

  • Defines and implements the reporting foundation for Casino Marketing and Casino Operations
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather report requirements, translates business needs into technical specifications, and proposes reporting solutions aligned with best practices
  • Ensures input data is accurate and supports reliable business performance measurement

Implementation & Management of New Technologies

  • Defines short- and long-term strategies for business intelligence reporting
  • Researches industry best practices, experiment with new technologies, and develop a roadmap for business intelligence growth
  • Stays current with gaming, promotions, and BI technologies; implement cost-efficient solutions to enhance reporting and positively impact revenue

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a casino marketing environment
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis and concepts clearly via reports, charts/graphs
  • Experience and understanding with standard analysis tools including but not limited to Tangem’s TYM or SODA tools, Python programming, SAS, Tableau, SQL and MS family of database products
  • Skilled at multi-tasking and working in a fast environment
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
  • English Language proficiency

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
