Job purpose

Performs technical work in installation, maintenance, upgrading, and repairing of all surveillance and access card equipment. Performs responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Installs, removes, and maintains CCTV cameras (Fixed, PTZ, IP) and door access control systems, including additional surveillance equipment as required
  • Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains surveillance equipment including cameras, encoders, PC decoders, NVRs, IP keyboards, network switches, and wiring
  • Conducts routine inspections and preventive maintenance and responds promptly to equipment faults, urgent repairs, or installation requests
  • Operates and maintains tools and testing equipment, ensuring proper usage, good condition, and appropriate storage after use
  • Provides technical support to other departments, including adding, removing, and replacing staff access cards in accordance with internal procedures and reporting requests to the Surveillance Technical Supervisor or Management
  • Maintains accurate logs and records for maintenance activities, equipment usage, and material withdrawals, while ensuring the Surveillance Technical Office remains clean and organized
  • Coordinates with Operations, Engineering, IT, and external engineers to support system operations, including network, servers, storage systems, and surveillance system updates or configurations
  • Maintains knowledge of surveillance and door access systems, ensures strict confidentiality and compliance with internal surveillance policies
  • Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in networking and CCTV repair and maintenance
  • Demonstrates a strong IT background relevant to surveillance and network systems.
  • Possesses solid knowledge of door access control equipment and software management
  • English language proficiency

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
