Job purpose

This role is responsible for finding and retaining guests to achieve specific goals and KPIs. He/she will also be required to identify and recruit potential new members for development to high-end players.

Duties and responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relavant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Achieves assigned goals and KPIs through effective guest recruitment and retention strategies
  • Identifies, recruits, and develops potential members into high-end players
  • Retains and engages current guests through consistent communication and service
  • Remains available for 24/7 guest and company calls; works flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Represents the company professionally with excellent grooming, conduct, and confidentiality
  • Communicates effectively with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stays informed on and promotes all special events and promotions to hosted guests
  • Adapts quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment; demonstrates initiative and works independently
  • Performs additional duties as assigned to support business and guest service needs

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, casino host or marketing fields
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a crowded environment with unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook
  • English and Mandarin Language proficiency

Working conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
