Job purpose

Responsible for organizing and coordinating hotel room assignments based on guest travel patterns, while providing friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to all VIP guests in alignment with the VIPs’ vision and values on guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Welcomes and greets guests professionally at hotel entrances and VIP counters, ensuring excellent guest relations and service
  • Coordinates with VIP teams and Agents to manage room assignments, luggage assistance, transport arrangements, and smooth guest arrivals and departures
  • Prepares and updates reservations, player manifests, and guest information accurately in the CRM system
  • Handles guest inquiries and requests promptly, resolves issues, and maintains strict confidentiality of guest data
  • Monitors VIP transport movements, issues transport vouchers, and ensures timely pick-up and drop-off for guests
  • Updates daily operational reports and replenishes VIP lobby amenities while providing directions to hotel facilities
  • Implements health and safety standards for guests and team members
  • Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent education required
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills
  • Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position within an exclusive deluxe environment
  • English language proficiency

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
