SURVEILLANCE OFFICER
Job purpose
The Surveillance Officer supports and assists the Surveillance Executive and Surveillance Shift Manager, and must carry out the role to the best of his or her abilities. The Surveillance Officer also supports and assists Surveillance Operators, and acts fairly, responsibly, honestly, and impartially, without favoritism or prejudice.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Maintains close surveillance on all casino table games, slots, and other activities via electronic monitoring systems, observing both guest and employee activity to maintain the integrity of games and company assets
- Utilizes necessary equipment to identify, record, document, and report illegal and unusual activities occurring in the casino slot area, slot booths, cage areas, count rooms, table games, and interrogation room
- Operates all surveillance computer equipment
- Monitors all areas of the property and closely observes a target game, staff member, or customer
- Reports improper activity or disturbances to the supervisor or security team for further investigation
- Documents procedure infractions
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education required
- Minimum 2 years of experience related to the job
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook
- English language proficiency
Working Conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
