Job purpose

Responsible for upholding service standards at the airport and ensuring alignment with all relevant sections in the delivery and execution of service excellence for both internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Welcomes and greets guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring professional, courteous, and timely service
  • Monitors and verifies airline flight status, reports any change immediately, and stands by at the designated area at least 30 minutes before flight ETA
  • Meets VIP guests at the arrival terminal after customs clearance, assists with luggage, and ensures each guest is properly screened and matched to the CRM schedule
  • Coordinates with the VIP Limo and VIP Transport teams to ensure efficient pick-up and drop-off, and monitors vehicle movement and readiness
  • Uses proper airport signage and provides accurate information to guests regarding passport handling, procedures, and required documentation
  • Escorts guests during arrival processes, including MOH testing and quarantine procedures if required, and implements necessary health and safety measures
  • Assists guests at the departure counter for check-in and boarding pass issuance, and escorts them to the E-gate, ensuring each guest has the correct travel documents
  • Handles guest inquiries professionally, resolves issues promptly within capacity, and arranges alternative transport when required (following reimbursement procedures)
  • Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent education required
  • Good understanding of immigration and airline processes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Outgoing, tactful, cheerful, courteous, diplomatic, and responsible
  • Patient and willing to work overtime when required
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in airline customer service
  • English & Mandarin language proficiency

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
