Job purpose

The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Manager – Treasury & Cage are to oversee and attend staff on duty, ensure day to day operations are handled smoothly and all customers’ complaints are handled.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Ensures staff are well trained and adhered to all AML regulations
  • Assists Shift Manager to manage the Treasury Operations: the Vault, Cashier in cash handling activities
  • Handles cashing operations, chip bank, collection & count functions
  • Verifies Vault inventories with the ending of the previous inventory
  • Responsible for enforcing rules, procedures and regulations of Treasury
  • Supervises Treasury staff to provide outstanding service to customers
  • Any other tasks assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury, Cage Operations, Finance, or Cash within Casino Operations
  • Strong knowledge of treasury and cage operations, cash handling procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of casino management systems & cash management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
  • English Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plus

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
