Job Purpose

Responsible for achieving specific goals and KPIs as set by Management. Increase revenue growth by setting and implementing strategic goals for Business Development. He/she will also be required to identify and recruit potential new members for development to Direct VIP segment. Ensure smooth running of Business Development operations and overall guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving specific goals and KPIs;
  • Responsible to identify and recruit potential new members for development to high-end players and retention/return of current guests;
  • Ability to remain calm and cheerful in stressful situations;
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times;
  • Must maintain good personal grooming habits and carry self in a professional business manner.;
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to interact with guests and team members in knowledgeable and professional manner;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Ensures all hosted guests stay well informed of all special event and promotion;
  • Ability to learn quickly, self-leader with initiative, high flexible and comfortable in a constantly changing environment;
  • Responsible to guide Executives in performance of their job tasks;
  • Reports and gathers feedback on promotion, service and guest comments. Produces proposals to further improve guest experience;
  • Contributes in strategy and brain storming sessions with Senior Management to further drive sales for new and existing guests;
  • Proposes enhancement in SOP and processes for HoD consideration and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • ​Minimum three years’ experience in gaming industry. (BD / Host / Marketing);
  • ​Proficient bi-lingual skills in English & Mandarin. Any other Asian Language is an added advantage;
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Working Conditions

  • ​Employee could be exposed to a crowded environment containing unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke;
  • Must be available and have a willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays;
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time;
  • Ability to handle 24/7 phone call and messages from guests and company;
  • Based on Business Needs or Guest Service objectives, a team member in this position may be asked to perform other duties or tasks in addition to those listed above.
