CASINO REWARD EXECUTIVE
Job purpose
The Casino Rewards Executive provides exceptional customer service to current and prospective members through the 24/7 Casino Rewards service operations, promotes membership benefits, and facilitates promotional and reward redemptions to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and overall gaming experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Issues or voids prize and promotional redemptions, including hotel room nights, merchandise items, gaming credits, and other approved rewards
- Recruits new members through proactive floor engagement and customer interactions
- Promotes membership benefits, general and personalized promotions, and encourages reward redemption based on guests’ points balances
- Handles guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved in accordance with departmental procedures
- Provides feedback and recommendations to improve promotions, business processes, and customer experience
- Maintains the presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness of Casino Rewards service counters
- Supports casino promotions and events by enrolling participants and facilitating prize distribution at designated locations
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent education required
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in service operations within a Casino Marketing environment, F&B operations, or other relevant customer service-focused operations
- Demonstrates knowledge of and experience in using enterprise casino systems and office equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook
- English and Mandarin Language proficiency
Working Conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
