CASINO SERVICE MANAGER
Job purpose
The Casino Service Manager leads marketing operations to deliver front-line service, promotions, and rewards to gaming customers that foster loyalty and drive database revenue growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Collects team feedback, reviews program performance, and recommends enhancements to promotions and loyalty programs to meet market and guest needs while supporting company objectives
- Serves as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration with departments including Casino Operations, Treasury, Front Office, Events, and F&B
- Acts as the liaison with overseas Business Development offices to coordinate guest services, promotional offers, room and transportation arrangements, and special requests
- Oversees the preparation and consolidation of trip summary reports and facilitates the approval of exceptional guest arrangements where applicable
- Prepares daily operational reports highlighting key statistics, activities, and operational updates
- Generates, reviews, and monitors marketing lists to support promotions, campaigns, and loyalty programs
- Prepares and analyzes post-event and promotional performance reports and provides recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manages the setup and maintenance of promotions, prizes, tags, and awards within CMS and PMS systems
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Management, or equivalent education required
- 5 years of relevant working experience in a casino marketing environment focused on service provision operations
- Demonstrates strong leadership, people management, and team development skills
- Demonstrates the ability to lead operational teams, manage performance, and drive service excellence
- Demonstrates proficiency in using enterprise casino systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Outlook
- English Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plus
Working Conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
