Job purpose

The Executive Host plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience at the casino floor by providing exceptional customer service and personalized attention to high-value players. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with guests, addressing their needs and preferences, promoting the establishment and fostering customer loyalty.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Assists the Shift Manager in monitoring daily operations and ensuring service standards and KPI achievement
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with high-value players while delivering personalized guest service
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for guests and handles inquiries, requests, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Identifies, engages, and retains potential players through relationship building, loyalty initiatives, promotions, and special events
  • Monitors gaming activities to ensure rating accuracy and encourages membership card usage
  • Assists with guest services including spa reservations, buy-in programs, complimentary arrangements, and other related requests
  • Maintains accurate guest records, manages player comps within approved limits, handles confidential information, and supports KYC activities
  • Ensures gaming areas are clean and operational, monitors guest amenity stock levels, assists with high-pay cash-out escorts, and verifies gaming machines after guest departure
  • Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience in service operations within a casino marketing environment, hotel front office, F&B operations, or other relevant customer service-focused operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook
  • English and Mandarin Language proficiency

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
