Job purpose

The Mass Market Host is responsible for retaining customers through relationship building and exemplary, professional service provision. This role requires a service-oriented individual with the ability to multitask, manage customer relationships, and support various marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Maintains patrons’ account information and assists with membership-related inquiries, promotions, and gift entitlements
  • Delivers service to Mass Market players in accordance with Service SOPs and ensures timely F&B service and area cleanliness
  • Engages guests on the gaming floor, promotes membership card usage, and supports daily Base Points objectives
  • Issues complimentary items based on gaming activities and assists with spa reservations, complimentary arrangements, and other guest requests
  • Collects guest feedback, builds rapport, conducts KYC activities, and supports customer loyalty and retention
  • Assists with cash-out escorts, high-pay procedures, and other operational requirements
  • Verifies gaming machines after guest departure to ensure no remaining credits and monitors cigarette stock levels for replenishment
  • Works in a smoking environment requiring extended periods of walking and standing
  • Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent education is required
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in service operations within a casino marketing environment, hotel front office, F&B operations, or other relevant customer service-focused operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • English Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plus

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
