RESTAURANT MANAGER
Job purpose
To oversee the outlet and ensure smooth operations, desired profitability, and positive guest satisfaction at all times. The Restaurant Manager is primarily responsible for the successful operation and overall performance of the outlet.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Assists in the planning and implementation of annual outlet budgets and marketing plans
- Implements service standards and operating procedures in accordance with outlet requirements and operational objectives
- Ensures the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) is strictly implemented, including outlet cleanliness and personal hygiene standards
- Conducts bi-annual performance appraisals and identifies employee development and training needs
- Manages the delivery of high-quality service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conducts on-the-job training and develops employees to achieve performance standards
- Maintains high standards of personal presentation, staff appearance, and grooming
- Supports the F&B Management team in fostering effective employee relations and a positive work environment
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or equivalent education required
- Minimum 3 years of food and beverage operations experience in a hotel or resort environment
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing a team of 10 or more employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook
- English Language proficiency
Working Conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
