RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Job purpose
Assists in overseeing the outlet to ensure smooth operation with desired level of profits and positive guest satisfaction at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Assists in implementation of service standards and operating procedures
- Assists in monitoring all the food and beverage orders to ensure that execution is correct and staff are able to comply to the required standard procedures
- Works closely with kitchen to ensure consistency and good quality of food
- Manages the delivery of high-quality service to guests
- Assists in monitoring the outlet supplies like napkins etc.
- Maintains a professional working relationship and promotes open lines of communication with managers, employees and other departments like housekeeping, cashier, kitchen and stewarding
- Supports the F&B Management team in establishing and maintaining effective employee relations
- Performs any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent education required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food and Beverage operations within a hotel, resort, or integrated hospitality environment
- English Language proficiency
Working Conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Direct Reports
Any person(s) nominated by management.
