SCHEDULING OFFICER
Job purpose
Scheduling Officer analyzes, forecasts, and optimizes an organization’s workforce to meet current and future needs. They monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation and a skilled, adequately staffed workforce.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Works with department to schedule employee work hours to provide consistent staffing and utilize manpower efficiently
- Coordinates and monitors employee work schedules for adequate staffing of manpower on a daily basis in accordance to policies and procedures
- Reviews scheduling changes, verifies and notifies direct reports of problem areas
- Maintains warm and hospitable customer relations with both internal and external customers
- Monitors that all employees’ time & attendance are cleared on a daily basis
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts and public holidays
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- English language proficiency
Working Conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
