SENIOR MANAGER – INNOVATION & GAMING SYSTEM
Job purpose
The Senior Manager – Innovation & Gaming System leads the Innovation & Gaming System team to ensure the reliability, availability, and continuous improvement of casino applications while minimizing system downtime and supporting business operations.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Leads the Innovation & Gaming System team to ensure the availability, performance, and continuous improvement of casino applications
- Oversees application support, system upgrades, testing, documentation, change management, and vendor coordination
- Collaborates with business users and technical teams to deliver technology solutions that support operational objectives
- Ensures compliance with service level agreements, audit requirements, data integrity, and system governance
- Drives innovation by implementing emerging technologies, including AI solutions and automation, to improve operational efficiency
- Manages departmental planning, budgeting, reporting, staff development, and project delivery while performing other duties as assigned
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education required
- Minimum 5 years of IT application support working experience in casino/hotel environment
- Possesses solid hands-on knowledge of casino/hotel applications
- Prior experience in a hospitality or gaming company is an advantage
- Proficient in technical expertise in: Bally/IGT casino management products; MS SQL and Java/.NET-related programming environments; Windows/MS-SQL Server and VMware environment
- Possesses working knowledge of AI and Large Language Model (LLM) tools, including prompt engineering techniques, to improve system support, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Possesses a strong understanding of AI solution architecture – including API integration, automation workflows, and AI-assisted application development – with the ability to apply these tools to design, build, or enhance internal systems and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT, Word and Oultook
- English Language proficiency
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
