TECHNICIAN EXECUTIVE
Job purpose
Technician Executive oversees and performs all technical work with installing, repairing, maintaining and training in the use of all associated surveillance equipment.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Conducts preventive maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV and surveillance equipment
- Installs, operates, maintains, and repairs surveillance and door access control systems
- Uses appropriate tools and testing equipment to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Coordinates with Engineering and IT teams to support power supply, network, computer, and related system requirements
- Supports authorized external engineers with CCTV system maintenance, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Ensures surveillance equipment remains operational and properly maintained
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent education required
- Minimum 4 years of relevant IT experience, particularly in networking and CCTV system repair and maintenance
- Demonstrates knowledge of door access control equipment and related software management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook
- English Language proficiency
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
