TRAINEE CCTV OPERATOR
Job purpose
Trainee CCTV Operator monitors all internal and external cameras in order to ensure the secure operation of the casino area, as per department requirements, paying special attention to casino table games, slots machines and cash desk.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Observes all activities of casino guests and staff on the gaming floor, cash desk, electronic games, slot machines and auxiliary areas via the camera system
- Observes, records and reports on all matters relating to the casino and surveillance operations
- Monitors, detects and reports on any irregular, suspicious and illegal activities
- Writes Surveillance Incident Reports and Events
- Reports immediately all surveillance equipment malfunctions to the Surveillance Supervisor
- Observes and analyzes non-gaming, gaming and cash handling areas using IT systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Assists Surveillance Management in all other tasks / duties required for effective CCTV office operation
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all matters regarding information, procedures and equipment
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education required
- Experience is not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook
- English Language proficiency
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
