VICE PRESIDENT – TABLE GAMES
Job purpose
The Vice President – Table Games provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational governance for all Table Games operations. The role drives sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk management, and exceptional guest experience while aligning Table Games operations with the Company’s business strategy, financial objectives, and brand standards.
As a key member of the Casino Operations leadership team, the Vice President oversees large-scale gaming operations, leads senior management teams, and drives continuous improvement, organizational performance, and long-term business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
- Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work
- Ensures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all times
General Job Functions
- Provides executive leadership and strategic direction for all Table Games operations, ensuring operational excellence, governance, and alignment with the Company’s business objectives across a 24/7 gaming environment
- Develops and executes business strategies to maximize revenue, optimize gaming performance, enhance productivity, and achieve sustainable profitability
- Reviews and analyzes operational and financial KPIs, identifies business opportunities and operational risks, and implements strategic initiatives to improve business performance and operational efficiency
- Ensures exceptional guest experience by driving world-class service standards, customer engagement, and continuous improvement across all Table Games operations
- Establishes and enforces policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance to safeguard gaming integrity, operational security, and responsible gaming practices
- Leads, develops, and mentors senior management teams while driving organizational capability, succession planning, workforce planning, and a high-performance culture
- Oversees departmental financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, resource allocation, and profitability targets in collaboration with Finance and executive management
- Collaborates with Surveillance, Internal Audit, Compliance, Security, Human Resources, Finance, and other business functions to strengthen governance, mitigate operational risks, and achieve enterprise-wide business objectives
- Represents Table Games Operations in executive management discussions, strategic planning initiatives, regulatory engagements, and major business projects
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Gaming Management, or equivalent education required
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in casino gaming operations, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role within a large casino or integrated resort environment
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of casino operations, with strong expertise in Table Games operations, gaming regulations, internal controls, risk management, and operational governance
- Demonstrates proven success in developing business strategies, driving revenue growth, improving operational performance, and leading large-scale gaming operations
- Exhibits exceptional executive leadership, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and organizational development capabilities
- Demonstrates sound business judgment, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the ability to lead effectively in a dynamic 24/7 gaming environment
- Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive management, regulators, and key stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- English Language proficiency and Mandarin Language proficiency is a plus
Working Conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
